I would like to know why you state that you love puppies in your "About Me" section but you clearly have a kitty cat. Don't you love kitties too? What did a kitty ever do to you?
2020 is here, and it's not just a new year, but a new decade. The 2010's are now officially in the history books, so it's that wonderful time to look back and gather our thoughts about what movies were truly the best of the decade. In a pop culture era dominated by Disney (including, and especially, Marvel), there were also some other wonderful smaller movies that were a cut above. I have difficulty narrowing this list down to any organized even number like "10" or even "20" so I just followed my heart about it. There were too many good ones to neglect. I love Halloween music, decorations, and visual arts, as well. But, movies capture the magic better than anything else because of a combination of music, visuals, character, and storytelling. All these elements combine to tap into our fears, fantasies, and nightmares. Also, everyone has a different ...
Thanksgiving is that cherished time of year when we gather with family, often reconnecting with loved ones we seldom see. It brings back the warmth of nostalgic memories—traveling up to Kentucky to stay with my grandparents, the house filled with the comforting aroma of turkey and all the festive trimmings. As the afternoon fades and the football ends, there’s a special magic in settling in together, embracing the cozy quiet of family time. The only question left is…what to watch? With generations gathered, from grandparents to the youngest cousins, finding the perfect movie is key. So, I’ve carefully curated a list of my favorite top 7 films to enjoy together on Thanksgiving, in no particular order. 7. Wonka "Based on the extraordinary character at the center of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Roald Dahl’s most iconic children's book and one of the best-selling children's books of all time, "Wonka" tells the wondrous story of how the world's greatest in...
